Advanced Renpy Phone project8 v1.2

I've made some small changes to make things easier (hopefully) 

On the main screen when the mouse is over an icon some text will appear below the mouse pointer to display what the icon is for. The text will follow the mouse while it is on the icon

I've completely re-worked the relationship display they are now in three to a row, and it is scrollable (no more changing screens just scroll up and down) and same as the main screen their name will be displayed below the mouse pointer when it is on their icon. 

And other minor bug fixes and improvements...

These changes should not affect anybody unless they have added more than 10 contacts or relationships, in which case they will have to change the code in the Relationships - Stats area slightly.
